By connecting your exchange API keys to our Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. The Service: Free, Experimental & Non-Custodial

2.1. Nature of Service: The Software is an automated trading tool that executes orders on third-party cryptocurrency exchanges (“CEX”). 2.2. Free of Charge: The Software is currently provided to you free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice. Because this service is free, we provide it with no guarantee of uptime or support. 2.3. Experimental (“Beta”) Status: You acknowledge that the Software is in an experimental phase and may contain defects, bugs, and errors. It is not a finished product. You accept the risk that the Software may fail or produce unexpected results. 2.4. Non-Custodial: We are a non-custodial service. We do not hold, store, or have access to your funds. All assets remain in your exchange account. 2.5. No Financial Advice: The Software is a technological tool, not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice.

3. API Keys and Security (Critical)

3.1. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your API keys and secrets. 3.2. Permission Restrictions: You agree to create API keys with “Trade” and “Read” permissions ONLY. You specifically agree NOT to grant “Withdrawal” or “Transfer” permissions. 3.3. Liability Waiver: [Company Name] shall not be liable for any loss resulting from compromised API keys or if you grant withdrawal permissions in violation of these Terms.

4. Futures Trading & Risk Disclosure

4.1. High Risk Warning: Cryptocurrency futures trading involves substantial risk. The use of leverage can work against you as well as for you. 4.2. Liquidation Risk: You acknowledge that price movements may result in the forced liquidation of your positions by the exchange, resulting in the total loss of your principal. 4.3. Market Volatility: Markets can be extremely volatile. Flash crashes, slippage, and exchange outages may occur. The Software may be unable to execute orders during such events.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. “As Is” Service: The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We explicitly disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 5.2. Technical Failures: We are not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Internet or server latency.

  • Exchange downtime or API failures.

  • Bugs, glitches, or logic errors in the experimental Software. 5.3. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, since the Service is provided free of charge, [Company Name] shall have no financial liability to you whatsoever. In jurisdictions where total exclusion of liability is not permitted, our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
